We set ourselves new goals, so our customers profit directly from the resulting continuous development of our company: We are constantly improving our quality and our price-performance ratio.

Optiprint was founded in 1985.
Using the slogan «One hundred years of PCB experience» the young company was off to a great start. Of course, the hundred years were referring to the collective expertise of the entire team. Many of the original team members are still with us today.

Incident-free and constantly expanding, production started in Rehetobel AR, in a former weaving mill using the latest state-of-the-art machines and equipment. The increasing demand for space, and a rapidly growing order book from a world market leader requiring technically challenging circuits forced us to look for larger premises.

In 1998 we broke free by moving into our production site in Berneck SG.

We kept the Rehetobel location, where we installed new equipment for special processes. The existing production lines were brought up-to-date and are used as capacity buffers.

Currently Optiprint employs about 120 staff. Our staff are delighted to see how our products reach all corners of the world – and even outer space.

We can proudly look back on many optimal solutions that have satisfied our customers and the market. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to mention some of the best examples for confidentiality reasons.

Optiprint is majority-owned and managed by the founding family.

Since the year 2000, this successful tradition has been continued by the second generation.
